Refund policy
At Prickly Dave's Cactus Shack, we stand behind the quality of our plants and pottery. If something arrives damaged or not up to standard, we're here to help. Please read our policy below to ensure a smooth resolution.
LIVE PLANTS
We carefully package and ship all of our plants, but occasionally damage can happen during transit.
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email clear photos of the plant, box, and shipping label to pricklydaves@gmail.com.
- Photos must be submitted within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
No refunds or replacements will be issued without photo proof within 24 hours of delivery.
POTTERY
If your pottery arrives cracked or broken:
- Please send clear photos of the damaged piece(s) and the packaging to pricklydaves@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Upon receiving the photos, we'll issue a full refund or replacement-your choice.
RETURNS & SHIPPING
- In most cases, you do not need to return the item.
- If a return is requested, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
